Organizing Memories
AI gives each memory a sensible structure on capture, but you stay in control of how things are organized.
The memory detail
Open any memory to see its full content alongside the original raw input, its category and type, tags, and any locations — plus a comment thread where you (or the assistant) can add follow-up notes over time.
Categories, types, tags, and locations
- Categories and memory types classify what a memory is.
- Tags add flexible, cross-cutting labels.
- Locations tie a memory to a place.
These are what power the filters in Finding memories.
Statuses
A memory can be active, archived (tucked away but kept), or flagged needs review when something about it wants a second look. Archiving keeps your working set focused without deleting anything.
